WOW!! Another brilliant prognosticator!! Is this a repost from last season or did you forsee the future, past the draft and right into next October? How are you not a millionaire? I mean if you know all that then you must be able to make a lot of money wagering of games. I mean I am sure you aren't one of those idiots that go spouting off at the mouth with no basis of validity to your statement at all right? Don't get me wrong, I respect everyones opinion, but don't make idiotic statements just for the sake of sounding like you might have a half assed clue as to what team might step on to the field 5 months from now. You don't even know who half the roster is yet. I suppose you have already crowned the Patriots as the SB Champs too right? How'd that work out for ya last year!! :sign0090::sign0104:

p.s. mods, we need a smilie that is giving the finger!! thanx :bananen_smilies046:

I actually think we beat the Pats week one. I think they'll be overlooking us and we're gonna come out with our strong pass rush and hit'em in the mouth.

I think we hold our ground at home week two. I think we'll slam Atlanta and hold our ground against Denver as well. But, by week 5 and traveling to Carolina, i think we'll suffer our first of 7 set backs.

I think we'll lose to San Diego twice, Denver and Oakland once and we'll also lose to Carolina, Tennessee and New Orleans.

....as for it being too early to predict the season outcome, before the draft last year i stated that we would probably have a top 5 draft pick this season and guess what....

I was pleasantly surprised with our schedule.

This is probably those most impartial schedule we've received in a while. It seems like we always get screwed on our schedule.

Last year's schedule was absolutely unbelievable!!! I've never seen a team start the season with 3 of 4 on the road and end the season the same way. There had to be corruption there somewhere.

This year's schedule is actually fair. how bout that.
One away, one home
one away, one home
one away, one home
one away, one home
one away, two home
two away, two home
one away

the only thing i don't like is having to start and end the season on the road. It seems you should have to do one or the other. not both.

I could see us at 3-2, maybe (do I dare?) 4-1 at the bye. We'll certainly lose to New England, but I see Oakland, Atlanta and Carolina as very winnable games. The only one in question is the Donks at Arrowhead. Which we should win, because we usually split with them. Here's to optimism!!!

Have you seen the schedule of primetime games on NFL network? There are 2 maybe 3 good games out of 8 that they are showing. I am not saying that EVERY Chiefs game should be on primetime, but you are right why show ANY Chiefs games at all over a two year span (so far). I don't think everyone dislikes the Chiefs as much as most of their fans do.

Who;s getting pissy here? I think we should have had ONE primetime game in a 32 game span. I'm not saying the NFL Network hasn't had bad teams on but they actually change games around for whatever reason. I'm guessing because of fear of bad ratings when bad teams are on their network. Why would they want to subject themselves to that? How many games have we won in the past 32? Not enough to warrant a prime time spot on any network!

Like I said, they have shown bad teams in the past but if it's a bad team like the Raiders, they still show it because country wide, there are more Raider fans than Chief fans! How is this so hard to understand? As for the Cardinals, they won 8 games last year, twice as many as us, and are an up and coming team. This is why they get air time. Who knows what the hell our team is going to do?!?! There sure as heck weren't many teams with worse records than ours last year!!

Is that just a made up stat? Where do you get this from? I understand what you are saying, I am just disagreeing with you. You are not as complex as you think. 32 teams in the league, 34 prime time games in two years. Enough for EVERY team to get a game. Who is the other team that has not had a prime time game in two years? Or are the Chiefs the most hated team with the fewest fans?

Not sure if you checked lately either, but the Faders play the Chiefs twice a year and they are usually pretty good games. But again...what do I know?

I would bet money that the Raiders have more fans throughout the country than most NFL teams even if it is just by default! Kinda like the Cowboys. Also, I would say that the Chiefs may be one of the teams that has the fewest fans throughout the country. You almost proved my point. I totally agree that the Chiefs vs Raiders games are always good but outside of the fans of those teams, who wants to watch that game or the Raiders vs Pats or any other country wide popular team? I.E., Giants ,Bears ect...BTW, I try at all times to NOT be complex!!!! Keep it simple buddy!!

It is pretty simple. I see you had no response to anything I had except that you would bet money on something that can not possibly be proven. I totally agree that there are primetime games that are good and that people want to see the Cowboys, Giants, Packers etc... but I think you greatly underestimate the number of Chiefs fans there are. I know you think I proved a point of yours somewhere, somehow, but I am not sure what point that is. All I have gotten from your last few posts is that you don't think the Chiefs should get any prime time games and the they are one of the least liked teams in the NFL. So if you are trying to tell me that the Chiefs are not a well liked team around the country I have to strongly disagree with you. Like I said before, seasons ticket holders in every state. I see a ton of Chiefs fans on this site alone that will be travelling quite a distance to go to the home opener to see the Chiefs. Maybe they are not popular in your bar inArizona, but that is a small portion of the population and whoever told you that there are not a lot of Chiefs fans out there is flat out wrong. :bananen_smilies046:

Geez!!!! Not saying there aren't a lot of Chiefs fans however I believe they are in the lower percentile of large numbers of fans throughout the league. I can prove the point about the Raiders, ask ten people not on this site and that is impartial, who they think has more fans throughout the country, Chiefs or Raiders. That will prove it to you!

Yeah, 10 out of 200 million sounds about right. When you say Raiders fans...i think you are just referring to every little punk *** kid who thinks he is tough wearing a faders hat or coat. Most real fans or football hate the Raiders in my experience. I don't own a sports bar but I drink in a lot of them and I have met waaaaaay more raider haters than raider fans.

I am referring to some of those kids!!! Most of their fans don't know squat about footbaLL YET THEY ARE STILL "Raider Fans" You don't like 10? Then poll 100! Try 100 million however, the more you poll the more YOUR number goes down!! I guarrantee there will be more that say Raider fan than Chief fan! Personally, I like it that way. I would rather have fewer knowledgeable fans than millions of idiot fans! You used a perfect example. Those punk *** kids that are wearing the Raiders gear!!!!! They do get older and continue to be Raider fans. Have been doing it for years!

dude a hat and a coat don't make you a fan. You use the faders, how about other teams? Are there more Cardinals fans, bills fans, bengals, jet fans, miami fans, seatlle, st louis, tennessee, houston, jacksonville? You say we are the lower percentile. sure there are a ton of bandwagon fans who like the cowboys, steelers, 49ers, packers and partiots. Other than that what makes you so sure the Chiefs are at the bottom of the list. Ask 100 people about those other teams, See how many fans you find.

Find the hat, douse it in gasoline and set it alight.

It is bad luck for the Chiefs to have a fan with a Raiders hat!

My 49ers SUCK too, and we got a Monday night game...you guys are pretty much getting screwed!
