Although the occurence of disliking Herm Edwards as a coach would be an intelligent position, you are making an assumption that all individuals who take this position are intelligent. This would be a "biased sample" http://www.nizkor.org/features/fallacies/biased-sample.html

To make a parallel to your argument I saw a couple of hot chicks eating salad for lunch today at a restaurant. So according to your logic everyone who eats salad is a "hot chick"
