I'm excited about it being less than a month away till the first pre-season game and less than 2 months till the first regular season game. Too bad that latter one has to be at New England. (The only upside of that would be if we pull off a shocking upset, of course. Well no actually even losing closely, like 23-20, could provide confidence going into week 2). And that's good that after having the worst possible way to start the new season, we get to play 4 games in a row against teams that had losing records.

This pre-season will also be a little more interesting to see how the rookies perform. Of course that's the case with every pre-season but with our rebuilding and many draft picks it should be even more of a factor this year.

In any case, I just love to see my beloved Chiefs in action again.

41 minutes now. I tried to download a program that claimed you can watch any football game. But haven't been able to find anything yet, like getting KCTV-5 to work. Shucks. I was hoping to get to see the game on my computer.

Ha ha. I can at least get Lenny and Mitch's play by play on the radio. But I wanted to SEE my boys in red. Sob. Sniff. Hey what am I doing, Chiefs fans don't cry! (Then again, MOST Chiefs fans get to SEE EVERY game!)
