MRI NEGATIVE, DORSEY DAY-TO-DAY (http://www.profootballtalk.com/2008/08/03/mri-negative-dorsey-day-to-day/)

A league source tells us that an MRI on Chiefs defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey’s knee was negative, and that he’s day-to-day with a sprain.
That sound you just heard was every Chiefs fan in the world exhaling.
Per the source, Dorsey is expected to miss the first preseason game on August 7 against the Bears and play in the second one on August 16 against the Cardinals.
Dorsey sprained the knee when banging it against a teammate during practice on Saturday.

I'm a bit more worried about Albert, but I have heard that Herb Taylor has been doing alright, but who knows how long that'll last.
