For instance, in the Jets (http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/teams/page/NYJ) game. "All right guys let's sit on the lead and run the ball three straight times."

Last game against the Bucs, "Oaky we have the lead at halftime so we're going to sit on the lead and not do anything aggressive. Whenever we make mistakes I'll be walking around on the sidelines laughing and not taking our sucking seriously."
I'm sick of this idiot running our team and he should be fired by the end of the season. Why keep him? He'll NEVER take an NFL franchise to a Super Bowl. He doesn't deserve to be a head coach in the NFL. Maybe a good defensive coordinator, but not a head coach. Herm better get his head out of his *** or else no one will want to hire him.
