Dick Lebeau, he only coached as HC for 2 yrs, and they were at Cincy. I dont know alot about him but I do know his Defenses are almost always top 10. I think with the right GM and cap money, amd picks which we seem to have at the present he could make an impact. Who wouldnt want a D like Pit? Just a thought.

Chances are that he wouldn't be interested in interviewing until after the season anyhow. So it could explain why no change has been announced regarding Herm. It's very unlikely though.

Also, he's in his 70's and I'd guess the next HC for the Chiefs will have to be considered a long-term solution at the position.
