The Chiefs have fired coach Herm Edwards after three seasons. The move came 10 days after new GM Scott Pioli was introduced as Carl Peterson's replacement. "After careful deliberation over the last week, Scott and I decided that it was in the best interests of the Chiefs to move forward in a different direction," team chairman Clark Hunt said.
