Harrison is currently being sued by Dwight Dixon, the victim of a shooting outside Chuckie's Garage, a Philadelphia business owned by Harrison, on April 29th, 2008. Dixon claims that Harrison was the shooter; however, when filing his initial police report, he claimed that he was shot by two men in a robbery attempt. After changing his story to implicate Harrison, Dixon was charged with several misdemeanors (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misdemeanor) related to making false police reports; he was found guilty of filing a fictitious report on January 28, 2009.
On January 6, 2009, Philadelphia District Attorney Lynne Abraham (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lynne_Abraham) announced that police have confirmed that it was Harrison's gun that fired shots at Dixon but they had been unable to determine who pulled the trigger. No charges have been filed in shooting the investigation will remain open.

Forgot about but i think he will be cleared of everything.

Seems like a big distraction. But he is the prototypical possession receiver this team needs. I don't see it happening though.

He is on the tail end of his career and would likely want to play on a contender. Someone like Philly could use him opposite of DeSean Jackson.

My bet? The Colts release him but eventually resign him before the season starts.

ie what the Pats did with Troy Bown every year.

I can see that as well. I just don't think the Colts will cut ties with him like that and I am sure Manning wants him back due to his familiarity of the offense..Plus, having the "sort of new" head coach makes it more sensible to try to re-sign Harrison for less, keep the experience and let him retire a Colt.
