Peter King thinks he's going to be suspended 8 games, the Denver Post thinks up to a full season.

Updating a previous item, ESPN.com (http://www.kffl.com/link/9) reports a disorderly conduct charge against Denver Broncos (http://www.kffl.com/team/15/nfl) WR Brandon Marshall (http://www.kffl.com/player/13696/nfl), who was arrested in Atlanta Sunday, March 1, has been dropped and his case has been dismissed, a source close to Marshall tells ESPN's Michael Smith.

Charges may have been dropped, but he wont get away free. I guess either fine or suspension.

Oh it will happen. Rememeber the deal with LJ last year? To be honest, he got ripped off cause he was accused of it but there was never any evidance.

I heard on NFL network this morning that they were still talking suspension for him. :D
