I like the idea of it - especially the hope thing - but in the picture it looked like he either got a root canal or had a tooth pulled and still had the wad of cotton in that side of his mouth.

Yeah, I thought it looked weird when I did it but that was the best that I could do. I spent about 10 minutes doing it so its no real piece of art.
