Officials in Newport News, Va., say Kansas City Chiefs cornerback David Thurman Macklin has been arrested on a drunken driving charge. Officials at the city jail and traffic court said Macklin was arrested early Friday. He also was charged with having an illegally tinted window. Court and jail officials did not know if the 30-year-old NFL player had retained an attorney.

WooHoo sounds like an upstanding individual just what we needed right now. He is 30 years old not a youngster getting his first taste of life in the NFL.
