No one really expects Larry Johnson (below) to be a leader anymore; it’s clear now that he just doesn’t have it in him. He’s a player you tolerate because of his talent, until his talent stops being the thing you remember him for.

KC doesn't file a grievance against LJ if they want him on the roster. If they Chiefs win the grievence, LJ is gone IMO.
