How do you soften shirts?

Specific Temp during wash?
Delicate dry?
Special degerant?
Anything?

I have these shirts that I get from concerts and other places and they are not soft. Atleast compared to the Fruit of the Loom shirts I buy for undershirts.
So if anyone has tips..let me know

Soak in water with 1/4 can of beer, drink rest of beer, repeat until soft. For best results, reduce amount of beer in the recipe. :drunkhb:
