1) Paoli is a very busy man right now, FA, draft, rying to make trades in the draft and pick up more choices. He'll worry about this later.

2) Cassell is in no hurry! If he has a good year, he'll make more money by signing later. Coming off a 2-14 year and with the schedule this year 8-8 would be a very good year.

I don't think anyone believes this is a urgent matter at this time. Just sports writers who can't find anything else to write about.
