I'll start.

I am currently an unemployed student at Maple Woods Community College.

I'm a mechanic in family owned business that's been around for 58 years . Work with my father , who took it over when he was 17 when his father passed away. Very small town of 700 people . I live directly across the street from work so Sick days are kinda hard to take. But the fuel bill traveling to and from work makes up for it.

Actually, no. I have to watch kiddie diddlers and treat them with respect. I deal with people every day who would really like to just kill my a$$. I get urine and feces thrown on me on a regular basis and if I don't see who does it, I can't do anything. I have to console rapists and murderers when they lose a loved one. And you want to know the only thing that gets me through each and every day? I just keep repeating to myself, "I can last longer than 30 seconds. Canada, that poor b@stard."

I was there a couple months ago Chiefster. You will land on your feet brother. As for the call center I sell for, our primary focus is on answering after hours for medical offices (I'm selling the service, not answering the phones)....but we also work remote reception or outsourced customer service for a number of non-medical businesses. It is really a great business, and ALL of the team members work here in Arizona. So none of this overseas operator crap!!!

As for the "Microsoft" question, no we don't answer for Microsoft. (Yet...you have contacts for me?)

I think the government would be better off to fire these losers who are taking 8 years on project that was only suppose to take 3 year and hire people who are unemployed and pay them instead.

I also think when a company is hiring, a law or something should be passed that between the time the start taking applications, and the time the stop, EVERYONE SHOULD BE INTERVIEWED. Its not fair to make an asumption about what their resume says without even speaking to the person.
