I think we will be required to spend at least 7 million or so more after signing rookies. My math could be off.

If we sign all the picks, I would say we would have about 15 mil left over. I am no math wizard so im only speculating!

Right, 15 left over and about 7 that we have to spend. I don't really expect Pioli to be close to the cap this season.

If Pioli truly wants to win this year, he will sign at least a RT, one or two LBers. Of course Bouldin would be nice. Come on I can dream can't I.

Apparently, it is gonna be used for pocket money because they are not spending any of it. I'm sure Pioli gets a bonus if he puts together a "winning" team without tapping the cap.

I said "winning team" not SB team. So, yes, it is attainable.
