No wasn't staged, the guys who mom was in the ambulance was just filming for later purposes i.e. when they sue the heck out of the sheriffs office. I really don't understand cops sometimes, a lot of them act like they are the rulers of this land, and whatever they tell you to do, you must obey.

These types of incidents are why good cops get labeled bad things. I have a friend who runs the anger management and batterers education courses, and he says he gets a lot of cops and ex cops in there as batterers, and they just cant take not being in control.
