Here you can post what you're watching. I had this idea because there is a TV in the same room as my PC. So I thought this would be cool.:bananen_smilies046:

Oh yeah, I forgot to say; it would be good if you had a link to the show.

Example: If I'm watching Sports Tonight (http://yourtv.com.au/guide/index.cfm?action=info&event_id=27391074&region_id=73&sid=&loc=grid). I can make it a link to it in the tv guide! Or you can add the link after wards;(http://yourtv.com.au/guide/index.cfm?action=info&event_id=27391074&region_id=73&sid=&loc=grid (http://yourtv.com.au/guide/index.cfm?action=info&event_id=27391074&region_id=73&sid=&loc=grid))
You don't need to have the link, but it would be good, because I live here and you guys live there and a lot of the shows that are in America I wouldn't know about (apart from the popular one i.e. simpsons, two and a half men etc) and you guys wouldn't know many of the shows here.

Watching "The Simpsons (http://www.thesimpsons.com/)" on Channel TEN (http://ten.com.au/). The Episode is called "A Hunka Hunka Burns in Love (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Hunka_Hunka_Burns_in_Love)".

PLOT:
The Simpsons visit a Chinese restaurant, where Homer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homer_Simpson) is hired to write Chinese fortune cookies (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fortune_cookie) after complaining that the current fortunes are unimaginative. One of his fortunes says "You will find true love on Flag Day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_Day)". This cookie makes its way to Mr. Burns (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._Burns) on, coincidentally, Flag Day. Eager for true love at last, Burns and a reluctant Smithers spend the evening womanising at a wealthy social gathering (where Mr. Monopoly steals Burns' date) and a strip club. (which Burns refers to as a "nude female firehouse"). With mere minutes left in the day, Burns finds a cop ticketing his car, which he had parked in the middle of the road. After discovering the cop is a beautiful woman named Gloria (voiced by Julia Louis-Dreyfus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julia_Louis-Dreyfus)), Burns asks her out on a date (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dating). Gloria warily accepts, much to Burns' delight and Smithers' chagrin.
After a pleasant first date at the carnival, Burns asks about another date but Gloria is about to turn him down when Homer runs by. Burns asks Homer to vouch for him to Gloria, so Homer regales her by listing Burns' many exploits. After Gloria agrees to a second date, Burns enlists Homer to be his "youthful advisor", accompanying the couple on their next date at the disco hall, and even carrying Burns and Gloria up the stairs when they go to have sex. In these cases, Burns overcomes his weakness and extreme age by means of a powerful aphrodisiac (made from an extract of the "pocket fox", a species which only existed for three weeks in the 1500s). Homer decides to try the aphrodisiac himself, leading to a wild night with Marge that leaves Bart, Lisa, and even Flanders next-door visibly disturbed.
Eventually, during a date at the bowling alley, Burns decides to ask Gloria to marry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marry) him. She says yes. As Burns goes off to get some champagne (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Champagne_(wine)) to celebrate, Snake (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snake_Jailbird) comes to rob the bowling (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowling) alley, and is surprised to see Gloria, who turns out to be his ex-girlfriend. Despite Gloria's protests, Snake kidnaps (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kidnap) her and Homer. When Burns finds Gloria's ring, dropped in the commotion, he assumes she ran off with Homer.
Snake takes Gloria and Homer to his hideout. Though Gloria says she loves Burns, Snake vows he can change. The police (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Police) arrive and confront Snake (because Lisa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Simpson) found out Homer was not the kidnapper). Homer tries to escape but instead sets Snake's house on fire. Snake and Homer get out and Burns runs in to save Gloria (Gloria then saves Burns). Although initially grateful, Gloria begins to reminisce about Snake, causing her to break up with Burns and become Snake's girl again.

Couch Gag: The couch is outside a prison wall. A siren wails and a searchlight moves as The Simpsons (dressed in striped prison jumpsuits) tunnel their way to the couch.

Chalkboard: "Fun does not have a size."

Watching "The Simpsons (http://thesimpsons.com)" on Channel TEN (http://ten.com.au)! The Episode is called "Lisa on Ice (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_on_Ice)"!

PLOT:
Principal Skinner calls all the Springfield Elementary (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springfield_Elementary) students down for an assembly to tell them which subjects they are failing. When Lisa is called up, she discovers to her horror that she is failing gym class. In order to pass and get the straight-A grades she desires, she must join a sports program outside of school. The family goes to see Bart play hockey for his team, the Mighty Pigs, coached by Chief Wiggum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chief_Wiggum). After the game, Bart begins shooting pieces of litter at Lisa with his hockey stick (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hockey_stick), and Apu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apu), the coach of the Kwik-E-Mart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kwik-E-Mart) Gougers, notices that she is a natural at hockey goal tending and makes her goalie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goaltender) for his team. Lisa soon becomes the star player, leading them to their best season ever.
Due to Homer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homer_Simpson)'s increasing pressure, a sibling rivalry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sibling_rivalry) develops between Bart and Lisa, and it peaks shortly before the Gougers face the Mighty Pigs. With the game tied, and four seconds left, Bart is about to attempt a penalty shot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penalty_shot_(ice_hockey)) against Lisa. Bart and Lisa start to remember fond memories they have had together as children before they began fighting. They each throw aside their equipment and embrace in a hug, and the match ends in a tie. Marge admits she is proud of them, while a sobbing Homer declares them both losers. Unsatisfied with the outcome, the residents of Springfield (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springfield_(The_Simpsons)) begin rioting and tear the stadium to pieces.

Couch Gag: The Simpsons sit on the couch and get sprung into the ceiling, with only their legs and feet showing

Chalkboard: "I will not dissect things unless instructed."

Watching "The Simpsons (http://www.thesimpsons.com)" on Channel TEN (http://ten.com.au)! The Episode is called "Skinner's sense of snow (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skinner%27s_Sense_of_Snow)"!

PLOT:
While the Simpsons attend a French Canadian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_Canadian) circus called "Cirque de Purée", a freak blizzard (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blizzard) (specifically, a "classic nor'easter (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nor%27easter) meeting a classic sou'wester (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sou%27wester)") hits Springfield, turning it into a winter wonderland overnight. However, Springfield Elementary School (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springfield_Elementary_School) stays open regardless on the day before Christmas break. Only some students, including Bart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Simpson) and Lisa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Simpson)'s classes show up while Skinner (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seymour_Skinner) and Willie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Groundskeeper_Willie) are the only faculty members to show up for work. To pass the time, Skinner plays the ultra-boring movie "The Christmas That Almost Wasn't, But Then Was". While they are watching the movie, the snow piles up and traps everyone in the school.
Skinner, whose incompetence in not closing the school due to the blizzard caused everyone inside the school to be trapped, quickly determines that they will be unable to get out and will have to remain there for the duration of the storm (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Storm). The kids complain about things they have to go home for, but Skinner firmly declares that no one can escape. The kids are forced to eat relish (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relish) and mayonnaise (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mayonnaise). After Nelson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nelson_Muntz) fails in an escape attempt, the kids begin to go beyond Skinner's control. Reminded of when he could maintain order in his army days, he dons his old uniform. Meanwhile, Homer and Ned set off to rescue the kids. When Homer decides to use Ned's car with Ned's (sawed off) roof in front as a wedge to clear the snow, Ned protests by asking what happened to Mr. Plow (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._Plow), Homer's old snow removal service; Homer says he doesn't know what Ned's talking about, despite wearing the jacket, and humming the jingle. While driving, they hit a fire hydrant (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_hydrant), encasing their car in ice. This allows carbon monoxide (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_monoxide) to enter the car, causing them to black out from the fumes and Homer to hallucinate that he's being pampered by exotic belly dancers.
In the middle of the night, Bart tries to dig a tunnel to get everyone out. He gets caught by Skinner, who orders Willie to destroy the tunnel. Willie refuses, and when Skinner makes an anti-Scottish comment, he quits. Skinner decides to destroy it himself, but he again messes up and gets trapped in the cavern. The kids take advantage of this and take over the school, wreaking havoc and burning books in the school library (Bart, ironically, burns a copy of Johnny Tremain, which he fondly read in the episode Whacking Day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whacking_Day)). Skinner uses the school hamster, Nibbles (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_animals_in_The_Simpsons#Nibbles), to roll in his ball to get a message to the outside world. Nibbles makes it to Ned and Homer crashing through the car window, and they break the ice and get free them. Homer releases the wheel after turning on the car's cruise control, causing the car to lose control and crash into a salt silo. However, Homer's blunder fortunately releases a massive amount of salt (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salt) that melts the snow around the school, freeing the kids, but rusting the car's body completely. Superintendent Chalmers shows up, terrifying Skinner, but accepts Skinner's explanation that...well, just that there is an explanation which he doesn't explain in detail. Skinner and Bart then agree to forget the entire incident ever happened. During the drive home, the carbon monoxide makes Homer hallucinate again; this time, Lisa is seen as a braying camel and Bart is a belly dancer that Homer tries to kiss. Before the credits roll, Lisa (still as a camel) wishes everyone a Merry Christmas.

Coach Gag: A football is tossed in the center of the living room. The family (dressed as football players) pile on top of it. Maggie squirms out with the ball in hand and does a victory dance.

Chalkboard: "Science class should not end in tragedy"

PLOT:
When a beautiful new woman moves into his retirement home, Grampa Simpson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grampa_Simpson) is determined to win her love over the youthful owner of a minivan. After renewing his driver's license (which Patty quickly gave to him in return that he wouldn't wink at her again), Grampa convinces Homer to let him borrow the car to romance her. Although he impresses the new old gal, he crashes Homer’s car in a drag race, and thus loses his love to the competition.
When a younger man takes Grampa's new girl on a road trip, Grampa steals Marge's car and "kidnaps" Bart, taking him on the road to Branson, Missouri (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Branson,_Missouri) to win back the woman from the arms of the younger man. Ray Jay Johnson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Jay_Johnson), Mr. T (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._T), Charo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charo), Yakov Smirnoff (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakov_Smirnoff), Charlie Callas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlie_Callas), Bonnie Franklin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonnie_Franklin) and Adrian Zmed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adrian_Zmed) are the stars of the show in Branson they go to see. (Tennessee Ernie Ford (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tennessee_Ernie_Ford) is backstage, but crumbles to dust when Grampa proves he's dead by showing the deceased actor his obituary (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obituary).) Grampa calls out to his lady from on-stage, but then denounces her in front of everyone, who then call her (in a chant) a hoochie, sending her fleeing off the stage in tears. Abe then reconciles with Homer.

PLOT:
Milhouse’s (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milhouse_Van_Houten) dad (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dad), Kirk (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirk_Van_Houten), gives a speech to the kids at school. Due to how boring the speech was, Principal Skinner (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principal_Skinner) and Mrs. Krabappel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edna_Krabappel) take Lisa’s (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Simpson) advice and visit the Springfield (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springfield_(The_Simpsons)) Writer’s Forum to find a better speaker. They find Jeff Jenkins, creator of a popular TV cartoon, Danger Dog. He comes to the school to give a presentation and fascinates the kids by telling them about the cartoon industry.
Soon all the kids start drawing their own cartoon characters (which are rip-offs of Danger Dog). Bart's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Simpson) comic is deemed lame by both Comic Book Guy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comic_Book_Guy) and Stan Lee (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stan_Lee) but Stan encourages Bart to still try. Bart comes up with a hero called Angry Dad, based on the angry outbursts of his father, Homer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homer_Simpson). He starts drawing comics based on this character.
Bart rolls out the first issue of Angry Dad, which becomes a hit with the kids in school. Comic Book Guy also likes it, and displays the comic in his store. During an autograph signing session in the schoolyard, Bart is approached by a spokesman for an Internet company. He wants to make Angry Dad into an online animated cartoon series. Bart agrees.
The cartoon becomes an Internet hit. The only one still unaware of Angry Dad is the inspiration himself, Homer. When Homer does find out, he of course becomes very angry, but his family calms him down and suggests that he address his anger issues. Homer decides to become calm and suppress his rage from that point on. No matter what rage-provoking incidents occur (ex: a mob of Springfieldians attack his car to get him to go ballistic), he maintains his cool, but with great difficulty. Every time he does so, though, he develops a lump or two on his neck, which he pushes down. Homer's new calm demeanor has also taken away Bart's inspiration for his cartoon.
Bart, not wanting to do a clip show, sets up a trap for Homer, meant to trigger another outburst. Later, they go to the internet company office, where they find the company has gone bankrupt (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bankrupt). Bart races home to save his father from the trap, which is no longer needed.
Homer reaches home and sees a sign for free donuts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donuts) in the treehouse, stuck to the door. When he climbs up to get them, he falls through a carpet-covered hole and gets hung upside-down on the laundry line, which starts moving. He passes through a bunch of strategically-placed cacti (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cactus) and then through some dirty diapers. Many lumps on his neck later, he gets to the end of the line, where he finds a pair of scissors to cut himself down. Relieved, he does so, and falls into a tub full of green paint. Homer, now covered in green, closely resembles The Incredible Hulk (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Incredible_Hulk) as he storms through town, raging and punching things around, screaming “Homer mad! Homer smash! Get revenge on world!” Luckily, the cops arrive and restrain him.
Homer is admitted to the hospital, where Marge angrily berates Bart for aggravating Homer’s rage and causing $10 million in damages. However, Dr. Hibbert (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dr._Hibbert) arrives and tells her that Bart actually saved Homer’s life by enraging him. The lumps on his neck, Hibbert explains, were actually suppressed rage and could have overwhelmed Homer’s nervous system.

Couch gag: couch as normal. A crane game clamp comes down and picks up Homer. Homer screams, “Ow! My brain!” as he's being lifted.

Watching "The Simpsons" on Channel TEN! The Episode is called "The PTA Disbands (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_PTA_Disbands)"!

PLOT:
After a failed attempt at a school field trip (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Field_trip), which appears to have caused the apparent abandonment and brutal beating of the student Üter (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%9Cter), Edna Krabappel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edna_Krabappel) calls an emergency strike (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strike_action) on behalf of the Teachers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teacher)' Union (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trade_union) of Springfield Elementary (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springfield_Elementary_School), to protest against Principal Skinner (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principal_Skinner)'s miserly spending on school supplies and activities.
As the Teachers' strike results in the closing of the school, the various student characters respond to the sudden turn of events in their own ways: Lisa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Simpson) becomes increasingly obsessive in her desire to be graded, Milhouse (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milhouse_Van_Houten) is forced by his parents to take private tutoring lessons (which improve his education), Jimbo Jones (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jimbo_Jones) finds himself immersed in the intricacies of daytime soap operas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soap_opera) with his mother, Dolph and Kearney become easily bored with video games, and Bart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Simpson) revels in his newfound afternoon freedom and annoys many Springfield citizens by imitating other people to make them angry or hurt each other. In particular, Bart does what he can to keep the union and Principal Skinner at odds with each other. The two sides are at an impasse; the union wanting a restoration of funding and Skinner maintaining that even with the spending reductions he has made, government budget cuts have squeezed the school dry.
After some prompting from an exasperated Marge Simpson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marge_Simpson), the parents of Springfield (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springfield_(The_Simpsons)) eventually decide to take matters into their own hands, and recruit volunteers from the community to take over as temporary teachers. This turns out to be even worse for the students than before the strike, especially as Marge becomes Bart's new teacher and Jasper becomes Lisa's new teacher and gets his beard stuck in a pencil sharpener. Due to Marge's excessive mothering of Bart, he grudgingly resolves to force the strike negotiations forward. Together with Milhouse, he tricks both Krabappel and Principal Skinner into entering Skinner's office, which he then locks behind them. After spending several hours trapped together "like prisoners" in their own school, the two are mutually inspired with an idea to create extra revenue for more school spending. Things return to normal with the old teachers in charge, but with the school cloakrooms having been rented to the Springfield Prison (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prison). Each classroom now features several full prison cells at the back, which have the added benefit of keeping the more troublesome students in line.

Couch Gag: The living room is modeled after M. C. Escher (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M._C._Escher)'s Relativity (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relativity_(M._C._Escher)) and the family runs in through the many complex and conflicting dimensions.

Watching "The Simpsons (http://www.thesimsons.com)" on Channel TEN (http://ten.com.au)! The Episode is called "Radioactive Man (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radioactive_Man_(The_Simpsons_episode))"!

PLOT:
Bart and Milhouse are thrilled to hear that a film version of their favorite comic book series, Radioactive Man (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Simpsons_Comics#Radioactive_Man), is in production. Rainier Wolfcastle (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainier_Wolfcastle), the star of the McBain (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fictional_characters_within_The_Simpsons#M cBain) films, is chosen to play Radioactive Man (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radioactive_Man_(The_Simpsons_character)), and even more excitingly for the Springfield Elementary School (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springfield_Elementary_School) children, the production moves to their town. A search is launched for a young actor to play Radioactive Man's sidekick Fallout Boy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fictional_characters_within_The_Simpsons#F allout_Boy), and Bart auditions. Bart does well, but is rejected because he is an inch too short, and by this point Milhouse has already taken the part, albeit reluctantly.
A despondent Bart is told by Lisa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Simpson) that he is still needed as Milhouse's friend and confidant, and Bart eagerly accepts this new role. However, Milhouse finds his own job intolerable and disappears, right during the filming of the most expensive scene in the movie. The film is suspended while the townspeople search for Milhouse. Eventually Bart finds him in the treehouse, but despite encouragement from former child star Mickey Rooney (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mickey_Rooney), Milhouse gives up on his acting career. All production on the film is aborted, with the project bankrupt, thanks to price gouging (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Price_gouging) and other unscrupulous conduct by the people of Springfield. Despite Rooney's stern lecture about their selfish greed, Mayor Quimby (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Quimby) insists the townspeople can not give any of the directors' money back to them, so the directors return to Hollywood (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hollywood,_Los_Angeles,_California).

Couch Gag: The couch is a fax machine that spews out a piece of paper with The Simpson family in a sitting position. The paper slides back under the couch.

Watching "The Simpsons (http://www.thesimpsons.com)" on Channel TEN (http://ten.com.au)! The Episode is called "Bart Sells His Soul (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Sells_His_Soul)"!

PLOT:
During a church service, Bart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Simpson) tricks the congregation by distributing the lyrics to the hymn "In the Garden of Eden" by "I. Ron Butterfly" (based on the song "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida_%28song%29)" by Iron Butterfly (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Butterfly)).[3] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Sells_His_Soul#cite_note-goldmark-2) Reverend Lovejoy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverend_Lovejoy) demands that the perpetrator step forward, and Milhouse (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milhouse_Van_Houten) names Bart. As punishment, Lovejoy assigns Bart and Milhouse to clean the organ pipes. Bart is indignant with Milhouse, who claims he feared for the fate of his soul (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soul). Bart proclaims that there is no such thing as a soul and agrees to sell his to Milhouse in the form of a piece of paper saying "Bart Simpson's soul". After the deal is made, Lisa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Simpson) tells Bart that he will regret selling his soul, but Bart does not believe her. Bart soon finds that his dog, Santa's Little Helper (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santa%27s_Little_Helper), will not play with him, automatic doors fail to open for him, and when he breathes on the freezer doors at the Kwik-E-Mart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kwik-E-Mart) no condensation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condensation) forms. He begins to suspect he really did lose his soul, and sets out to retrieve it.
Meanwhile, Moe (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moe_Szyslak) wants to expand his customer base (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Customer_base) by turning his tavern (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bar_%28establishment%29) into a family restaurant (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Family_restaurant) called "Uncle Moe's Family Feedbag". The stress (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stress_%28medicine%29) of running a family restaurant by himself ultimately unnerves him, and he finally snaps at a little girl. The restaurant is a failure, forcing Moe to revert the restaurant back to a run-down tavern.
Bart attempts to get his soul back from Milhouse, who refuses to return it for less than $50. That night, Bart has a nightmare (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nightmare) about being the only child in Springfield (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springfield_%28The_Simpsons%29) who does not have a soul. Lisa taunts Bart with a dinnertime prayer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prayer) leading him to make a desperate, all-out attempt to get the piece of paper back. Bart crosses town to where Milhouse and his parents are staying with his grandmother. The visit turns out to be fruitless; Milhouse had traded the paper to the Comic Book Guy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comic_Book_Guy) at the Android's Dungeon. A frustrated Bart spends the rest of the night camped out in front of the Android's Dungeon in order to be at the shop when it opens.
The following morning, an annoyed Comic Book Guy tells Bart that he no longer has the piece of paper but refuses to reveal to whom he sold it. Bart walks home in the rain, then in his room he prays to God for his soul. Suddenly, a piece of paper with the words "Bart Simpson's soul" floats down from above. Bart discovers that Lisa had purchased the piece of paper. While she explains philosophers' opinions on the human soul, Bart happily eats it up the piece of paper.

Couch Gag: The Simpsons drive to the couch in motorized clown carts.

I'm Watching "The Simpsons (http://www.thesimpsons.com)" on Channel TEN (http://ten.com.au)! The Episode is called "King-Size Homer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King-Size_Homer)"!

PLOT:
Mr. Burns (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._Burns) organizes an exercise program at the nuclear power plant that Homer is not a fan of. After learning that someone who is disabled (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disability) can work from home, and thus be excluded from the exercise program, he tries to find a way to achieve this goal. Homer soon discovers that any employee that weighs 300 pounds (136 kg) or more qualifies. Homer decides to gain the 61 pounds he needs to reach 300. Homer begins eating excessively, despite Marge (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marge_Simpson) and Lisa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Simpson)'s repeated warnings that he could severely endanger his health. With Bart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Simpson)'s help, Homer soon reaches his goal, and Mr. Burns installs a stay at home work terminal in the Simpson house.
Homer is given simple duties, but he still fails to understand his duties as a safety inspector. He also finds he can no longer fit in his clothes, and he takes up wearing a muumuu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muumuu) as a result. Looking for shortcuts, he leaves his terminal, with a drinking bird (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drinking_bird) to press the Y key to indicate "yes" on the keyboard and goes out to see a film. Refused admittance because of his size, Homer is angered after the cinema manager who offers Homer a garbage bag of popcorn (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popcorn) if he calms down. Homer declines the offer and quickly leaves, claiming that he is not food crazy and that overweight people are as hardworking as anyone else. Returning home, he finds that, in his absence, the nodding drinking bird fell over and that a nuclear meltdown (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_meltdown) will take place at the plant. As he is unable to stop it via the computer, Homer tries to run, skateboard, and drive to the plant, all of which fail as a result of his obesity. He eventually gets to the plant by stealing an ice cream truck. Homer arrives at the power plant and climbs up to reach the shutdown button, but ends up accidentally falling onto the gas store, blocking the release tube with his buttocks. As a reward for stopping the "potential Chernobyl (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chernobyl_disaster)", Mr. Burns gives Homer a medal and guarantees that he will make Homer thin once more. After failing to achieve any results through exercise, Burns decides to pay for liposuction (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liposuction) so Homer can return to normal.

PLOT:
On a beautiful Saturday morning, Mr. Burns (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montgomery_Burns) has all of his employees clean up a highway maintained by his company (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adopt_a_Highway) and Homer fakes his death so that he does not have to work. The next day, news of Homer's "death" spreads, and soon Marge (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marge_Simpson) orders Homer to go to the Springfield Hall of Records to get the whole "misunderstanding" sorted out. While sorting out the problem, Homer gets into an argument with a clerk who claims that Homer's mom is still alive, in spite of Homer's belief that she died while he was young. Homer decides to visit what he believes is his mom's grave, only to discover that it belongs to Walt Whitman (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walt_Whitman). Nearby, he sees his own grave and falls into it. A woman approaches and chastises Homer for falling into her son's grave. Homer begins to retort, but suddenly realizes that the woman is his mom, Mona Simpson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mona_Simpson_(The_Simpsons)) and the two have an emotional reunion after 27 years apart.
Homer takes his mom home to meet the family, which causes quite a stir. She bonds with Lisa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Simpson), being on the same intellectual level. While the two are sitting on the front steps, a police car (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Police_car) drives by and Mona runs inside the house, making Lisa a little suspicious. She shares her suspicions with Bart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Simpson), who had raided Mona’s purse and found several driver’s licenses (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Driver%E2%80%99s_license) with different names, causing Lisa to wonder whether Mona is a con artist (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Con_artist). Meanwhile, Homer and Marge are wondering why his mother left him for 27 years and the two decide to confront Mona. The whole family questions Mona and she finally decides to explain why she left Homer.
In a flashback to the 1960s, Mona is a housewife who still lives with Grampa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraham_Simpson). One night after putting Homer to bed, she becomes radicalized by Joe Namath (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Namath)'s hair during the telecast of Super Bowl III (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Bowl_III) and joins a group of hippies (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hippie) who protest Mr. Burns's germ warfare (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biological_warfare) laboratory. They detonate an "antibiotic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antibiotic) bomb" inside the lab, killing all the germs and subsequently also curing lab security guard Clancy Wiggum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clancy_Wiggum)'s asthma (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asthma). Angry about the destruction of his "precious germs", Burns runs to the lab, but is trampled by the fleeing hippies. When Mona goes back to help him, Burns manages to identify her as one of the perpetrators of the deed, forcing Mona to go into hiding. Upon hearing about these events, Homer wonders why Mona never sent any messages. Mona insists that she sent care packages (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Care_package) every week, so she and Homer head to the post office (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post_office) to claim the undelivered packages. At the post office, Burns recognizes her and calls the FBI (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FBI), who send Bill Gannon and Joe Friday (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Friday) of Dragnet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragnet_(series)) fame.
The FBI and Burns manage to track Mona down through a cab driver, a gravedigger (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravedigger) and Patty (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patty_Bouvier) and Selma (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selma_Bouvier). They invade the Simpson home, but Homer and Mona manage to escape thanks to a tip from Wiggum, who is grateful to Mona for curing his asthma.
Mona is once again forced to go into hiding and she and Homer say goodbye to each other. After Mona is driven away, Homer sits on his car and watches the stars.

Watching "The Simpsons (http://www.thesimpsons.com)" on Channel TEN (http://ten.com.au). The Episode is called "The Simpsons 138th Episode Spectacular (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Simpsons_138th_Episode_Spectacular)"!

PLOT:
Troy McClure (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troy_McClure) hosts this episode, which highlights individual scenes and sequences from throughout the show and offers never-before-seen outtakes. McClure starts the episode by showing a brief presentation of how The Simpsons series was conceived by Matt Groening (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matt_Groening), James L. Brooks (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_L._Brooks), and Sam Simon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sam_Simon). He goes on to present some clips of the original shorts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Simpsons_shorts) that aired on the The Tracey Ullman Show (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Tracey_Ullman_Show), including the first one, "Good Night (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Good_Night_(The_Simpsons_short))", in its entirety.[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Simpsons_138th_Episode_Spectacular#cite_note-0) Next, a presumed commercial break is introduced with a trivia question about the message that appears when Maggie Simpson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maggie_Simpson) is scanned by the cash register during the show's opening sequence (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Simpsons_opening_sequence); the answer is revealed to be "NRA4EVER." The show then returns to McClure, who responds questions from fan mail by showing clips that contain the answers. The letters includes questions on Homer's growing stupidity, how the cast and crew can create an episode per week, and hints of Waylon Smithers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waylon_Smithers)' homosexuality (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homosexuality).
Another commercial break is then introduced with a trivia question, this time concerning which two characters have died within the past year; the answer is revealed to be Bleeding Gums Murphy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bleeding_Gums_Murphy) and Dr. Marvin Monroe (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dr._Marvin_Monroe). McClure then presents deleted scenes from various Simpsons episodes, starting with "Krusty Gets Kancelled (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krusty_Gets_Kancelled)", in which Krusty the Clown (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krusty_the_Clown) offers a sexually explicit book of himself and tries to get a part in a hemorrhoid infomercial after the producers tell Krusty his show has been canceled. Deleted scenes are shown from other episodes, including "$pringfield (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/$pringfield)", in which Homer plays blackjack with James Bond (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Bond); "Mother Simpson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mother_Simpson)", in which Homer talks to his mother (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mona_Simpson_(The_Simpsons)) about his adventure in space while eating space food sticks; "Treehouse of Horror IV (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treehouse_of_Horror_IV#Deleted_scenes)", in which Homer's head is used as a bowling ball in Hell, and Bart Simpson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Simpson) tries to sell his soul for a Formula One (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Formula_One) racecar; "Homer and Apu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homer_and_Apu)", in which Apu Nahasapeemapetilon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apu_Nahasapeemapetilon) and the Simpsons watch a Bollywood (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bollywood) film; and "Burns' Heir (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burns%27_Heir)", in which Mr. Burns (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montgomery_Burns) scares Homer away with a robotic Richard Simmons (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Simmons).
McClure also reveals that alternate endings to part two of "Who Shot Mr. Burns? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Who_Shot_Mr._Burns%3F)" were created to prevent the staff on The Simpsons from spoiling the mystery that "all of America was trying to solve [...] this past summer". These alternate endings, most of which consist of random characters shooting Mr. Burns, conclude with a more elaborate ending in which Smithers is revealed to be the assailant. As such, in this ending, Homer is free to go and Smithers gets a 5% pay cut for trying to kill Burns. Troy McClure ends the episode by showing a montage of "hardcore nudity" (scenes of The Simpsons characters naked), set to the K.C. and the Sunshine Band (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/K.C._and_the_Sunshine_Band) song "Shake Your Booty (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/(Shake,_Shake,_Shake)_Shake_Your_Booty)".

Couch Gag: A montage of a select few previously aired couch gags, culminating into the showbiz extravaganza couch gag from "Lisa's First Word (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa%27s_First_Word)".

Chalkboard: "I will only do this once a year".

http://www.chiefscrowd.com/forums/images/imported/2009/07/26.jpg
Smithers dreams about Mr. Burns in "Marge Gets a Job (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marge_Gets_a_Job)." The censors had issues with the "lump in his bed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erection)," which was his knee.

Watching "The Simpsons (http://www.thesimpsons.com)" on Channel TEN (http://ten.com.au)! The Episode is called "Bart the Fink (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_the_Fink)".

PLOT:
After the death of great aunt Hortense, the Simpson family (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simpson_family) attends a will reading. Each member of the family discovers they will receive $100 to do with as they like, but only after spending the night in a haunted house. Though Bart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bart_Simpson) wishes to buy a hundred tacos from the TacoMat and Lisa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_Simpson) to contribute to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporation_for_Public_Broadcasting), Marge (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marge_Simpson) has them open bank accounts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bank_account) at the Bank of Springfield. Bart is excited with his new checking account (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Checking_account), and begins writing checks for his friends. Bart attempts to get Krusty the Clown (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krusty_the_Clown)'s autograph (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autograph), but the clown is having a new sandwich named after him and has to leave. Just before he does, Bart slips a check for twenty-five cents into Krusty's pocket, figuring that he will receive an endorsed copy of it with his monthly bank statement. However, when Bart receives the check, it is endorsed with a stamp ("Cayman Islands (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cayman_Islands) Off-Shore Holding Corporation") instead of a signature. Dismayed, Bart takes the check back to the bank so that they can force Krusty to sign it. Suspicious, a bank teller investigates, and within minutes Krusty is exposed as one of the biggest tax cheats in American history.
The IRS takes control of Krusty's assets and his show, reducing his lifestyle to that of an average citizen. One evening, as the town watches, a depressed Krusty pilots his airplane into a mountainside. He is later pronounced dead. A memorial service is held for Krusty at which Bob Newhart (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_Newhart) offers condolences. While everyone assumes that Krusty is dead, Bart believes otherwise when he begins to see a Krusty look-alike all over town. With Lisa's help, he soon discovers that Krusty has gone into hiding under the disguise of Rory B. Bellows, a grizzled old longshore worker. They try to convince him to return to his former life, and he finally accepts when they explain how he is more respected than the nations' scientists and teachers. Krusty kills off his pseudonym in a "boating accident" in order to collect the life insurance, thus ending his tax woes.

Couch Gag: The couch is a fax machine that spews out a piece of paper with The Simpson family in a sitting position.

Nielsen rating (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nielsen_rating): 8.8

What seems flawed to one person is complete bliss to another. You should live by your own logic and save the judgement for God. Just so you know, I could say the same about your logic but that is not my way. I live by my own logic and it serves me very well.

Wow you never cease to amaze me.

Logic isn't a subjective thing.

Right now I'm watching "The Simpsons (http://www.thesimpsons.com/index.html)" episode "Secrets of a Successful Marriage (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secrets_of_a_Successful_Marriage)" on "Channel TEN (http://ten.com.au)"

INFO on the episode:

Plot

After Homer realizes that he is somewhat stupid, Marge recommends that he take an adult education course at the annex center. Down at the center, however, Homer changes his mind and decides to become a teacher. He talks to the administrator and accepts an opening to teach a class on having a successful marriage. Despite being confident that he can pull it off, he is frozen on his first day and cannot help his pupils with their relationship problems. The class collectively gets up to leave, but when Homer mentions his conversation with Marge in bed, the class decides to stay, eager to hear gossip. Marge soon discovers that everyone in town knows her personal secrets. She confronts Homer about it and he promises to stop, but he continues telling her secrets anyway; this time telling the class that Marge gets sexually excited whenever Homer nibbles on her elbow. Homer then takes the night off teaching class—so he can have his class observe the family over dinner.
When Marge growls at Homer that she wants the class to get out of their house, Moe suggests that Homer should nibble on her elbow. Marge throws Homer out of the house, saying she can not trust him anymore, and refuses to let him back in. Homeless, Homer camps out in Bart's tree house. Marge tries to reassure Bart and Lisa that she and Homer love the kids, despite their current situation, but Lisa tells Bart she is worried their parents will get divorced. Marge tries to get advice from Reverend Lovejoy, who tells her to get a divorce.
While Homer longs for his wife, Moe comes by the Simpsons' house to declare his interest in Marge. She turns him down, but decides to invite him in for a glass of water. When Homer comes into the house with flowers he picked for Marge, Moe sees him and jumps out the window. Standing before her in rags, Homer professes his total and utter dependency on Marge. She tells him that that is not a good thing, but Homer then makes his winning argument: he loves her, he needs her to love him, and can not afford to ever lose her trust again or he will end up dead. Marge is won over and allows Homer to return to the house. The family is glad that he has returned, although Moe is less than thrilled.
