With the moves they made can they rebound?

I liked the Jags offseason and draft, but I don't think they have a chance at the SB with this current nucleus. Garrard isn't a good enough QB to win games for the Jags. If he throws even one INT, the Jags have difficulty staying in the game. Torry Holt was a good addition, but he will only decline through 2009 and 2010. And they have an older defense that is declining.

Do the Jags have a shot at a 2009 playoff spot, or even the AFC South? Sure. The Colts are declining, the Texans don't wow me, and the Titans need 58-year-old Collins to stay healthy for a whole season to have a shot.

But I just don't see the Jags beating a team like the Steelers, Ravens, or Pats in the playoffs in 2009 or 2010. And I don't see Garrard beating the Chiefs at Arrowhead after we've built our defense back to respectibility.
