The Kansas City Chiefs announced on Tuesday that the club has signed free agent WR Amani Toomer. Toomer (6-3, 203) played in 190 games (142 starts) over the past 13 seasons with the N.Y. Giants ('96-08). He caught 668 passes for 9,497 yards
