I noticed alot of formations last week. I thought there was quite a few. I think 4-5 formations is enough. Thats just more crap the players have to remember.

What do you think?

You're kidding right?

You don't need 16 different formations to win. You just need to have the right personal playing the right way.

HH, my middle finger is in the air towards herm.

You can run multiple plays out of one formation.

I would use the I-formation, A trips set, Split back set, Gun Doubles, and maybe Wing T.

I think it needs to start off simple for these guys.

Can we video tape the other teams?

That way we could get 3 superbowls and make our head coach look like a genius lol

What ever wins sounds good. If Marty had opened up our offense the way he did in San Diego we would have had anotherr Super ZBowl trophy in the trophy case. Give Haley a chance to coach.

That would have been nice in the "93" and "94" seasons.

Come on, these guys are professionals who have been playing football their entire lives. If they can't learn a playbook then they shouldn't be in the league.

We had one of the best offenses in the league for years with the Al Saunders offense, which takes years to master.

I think Cassell will be a big bust...

Thanks to the worm, most of our team is composed of rookies.
