So apparently the rumor is that Gruden has been looking into assistant coaches to potentially fill out a hypothetical coaching staff if he returned to the NFL. However, he reportedly ONLY wants to go to a big market team (I.e. NOT KC) and it would have to be the perfect situation.

I'd live it. We need a complete overhaul of coaches but unless it starts with pioli it won't happen.
That's just sad!!! He puts himself over our team.

Seems like Gruden still has some sort of a bromance going with the raiders though. Given the right circumstances I think he could do good things with this team but we're such a ****ing mess I can't blame him for not even considering it.Quote:
