NCAA has no jurisdiction and will do nothing, they would have nothing to gain by action so they will do nothing

This would be a good story on that show Unsolved Mysteries.
Tebow cried, LSU Tried, Te'o Lied, his fake girlfriend died, ROLL TIDE!!
sorry i saw that somewhere and could not stop laughing.
Who cares if he lied or not? Seriously we're talking about an NFL linebacker...you have felons, thugs, jerks and worse in that group that have been all-pros and hall of famers. If the worse thing he does is lie about a girlfriend who apparently didn't exist then who cares. For linebacker all that really matters is his speed, tackling ability, toughness and willingness to follow directions. If he was smart, or a great leader that's a plus, but if you have a safety or other defensive player that can be the on field general, then his leadership ability (or lack thereof) is not relevant.
I'll end this rant with just one name... Lawrence Taylor.
Aptly put! There are much worse things he certainly could have done. To my knowledge lying about a fictional girlfriend is not against the law. One can argue that it speaks to character issues but given the circumstances even that is a weak argument, it isn't like he's lied about doping. It is all ado about nothing.
