I have lived in SoCal all but the last 6 months of my life.
The only Chiefs friendly bar I know of in SoCal is all the way in San Diego unfortunately (or fortunately if you can talk your significant other into joining you for a weekly trip to SD like I did haha). It is the bar that they filmed Top Gun in. The owners are Chiefs, Royals and KU fans. They have a backroom dedicated to the Chiefs on Sundays. They recently burnt down and rebuilt since the last time I was in SD. Kansas City Barbeque - San Diego

There's also a bar in LA called the Whaler that is Chiefs friendly. At least it was last time I was in LA. Check it out!
