JEFFERSON CITY — A state senator from Independence wants to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Arrowhead Stadium with a Super Bowl.
Sen. Paul LeVota has introduced a non-binding resolution urging the NFL to name Kansas City as host of an upcoming Super Bowl and for the Missouri Department of Economic Development to establish a task force to see what steps are needed to make that happen.
