At my house, I turn the MUTE button on the TV and listen to Mitch and Lenny's broadcast on 101.1 FX...At one point you could hear Chiefs fans singing the Tomahawk song over other stuff going on at the sidelines.

Manning's SB ring is the only one that really counts as being legit. Neither Elway or Manning would beat Montana head to head in a SB and we saw Montana rip Elway's guts out in the one SB where they did go head to head.

I watched the entire careers of both Montana and Elway, except for the '79 and '80 seasons for Montana when I was in the military. It is totally ludicrous for anyone to make the claim that Elway was in Montana's class & those that do, don't have a clue about what they are talking about. Dallas HOF DB Mel Renfro has gone on record as saying that he would take Montana as his QB if he were building a football team and Renfro played many years with Roger Staubach ( who was also better than Elway ), so that is saying something.

I just shows you how Elway being given those two SB's has pulled the wool over the eyes of many. The blind leading the blind, cut and dried.

I read on a skins forum they also threw at McCluster since he was a one man wrecking crew

Off to Oakland next week and it won't be friendly territory, for sure. Perhaps the Chiefs will play well enough to have Raider fans empty their stadium by halftime the same way we saw Skins fans empty FedEx field by halftime yesterday.

The Chiefs really need this game, just like they did yesterday.

I knew the chiefs were coming out swinging for the fence after those 3 losses. Does anyone know if Avery started this game or not? I didn't get to watch any of this game I didn't pay my bill and my t v service is turned off right now :(

Yes, Avery did start and play. He was thrown to only once and he caught it for a short gain.

Absolutely! We very much need to close the season out STRONG so that we go into the playoffs riding high. And that starts out with clinching a playoff berth against the hated raiders on Sunday in oakland.
