Scott Pioli can't give the chiefs credibility. Its how the chiefs will improve in consistency and of course playing the 2nd half like they do the 1st. Only the players can decide what kind of team they want to be. Pioli can only make some right decisions. Also if he can plant seeds of motivation for the players to strive for.
The chiefs are dogged something awful all over. People are saying that Pioli is going from a first class team to a no-class team. Me, I say that the can be a first class team again if they really want it; the majority of players this season either didn't want it bad enough and didn't mind being put down by other teams or the chiefs fans. Let's hope they want to be great again.
