I like either banditos or dos amigos.
Dos Banditos? Dos Lobos? or, if it will put hair on your chest, Hombre Lobo?(werewolf)
Well, it's tough to say which name i would recommend, as I am not sure what features the product will have? What seperates your product from similar products?
Will it be known for a high "heat" factor? Maybe a less cooked version? Raised or lowered salt content?
Really would want to know what features the name would represent.

If you're going for the friendly get together kinda salsa dip " Dos Amigos" should fit the adv. & logos...if you're going for the hot & spicy crowd then maybe "El Diablo" or something else related to heat or fire
I would need to test product, before giving a name opinion.
