Team culture must change

Over the last few years, the culture of the team has deteriorated. Herm and CP have created a mess that grows worse every week. And much of the time, the mess has nothing to do with football. It's obvious that Herm has no control of the team, and it reflects on the players attitudes. And if you think another draft will turn this around, hope these two clowns are not the guys making the picks. In addition, I can't see any decent free agent who wants to win coming here soon.

Next season, with a brand new coach and GM, a last place schedule and a high draft pick, this team could begin winning again.
