Yeah, I'm in a keeper league where you can keep players up to three seasons and each season you add another keeper. So, potentially you could have up to three keepers on your roster at any one time. I'm in the second year with L.J. with one more to go. Sweet!
Ours runs with a contract style. You assign up to 40 years of contracts to 23 players. Players with only one year contracts drop back into the draft pool. Most teams have around 10 keepers under contract at all times.
Pretty much a Dynasty league that requires a lot of forethought.

Regarding your fantasy league, it looks like most of your player would be one year players. 40 years of contract for 23 players doesn't leave much room at all for mutli year contracts. Interesting! I'm alway looking for new wrinkles that people use in their fantasy league.
