the way this team has played the last many years we have right to fel suspect of our team. It will take time and consistency to change the feelings not only for chiefs fans but the leagues as a whole about us.
look, here is my take....not that anyone should care but I don't believe we have overachieved this season, only played well enough to beat the level of talent so far. now true that level is a tad low but whenever we have been pressed it seemed we did just enough to win. no I do not believe this a super bowl team.....yet! I do however believe that Denver is beatable, yes by the CHIEFS and with 2 weeks to prepare some new blitzes and continue to improve the offense it can happen. maybe by the end of the season we can be a true contender rather than a pretender which what we are perceived to be now. remember the dropped pas by mccluster, that was a TD, and there was a few other key drops as well as a few errant throws that would have accounted for some points. and the bills also had key flubs. that's why u play the game. in the end I think the CHIEFS were not totally up for the bills so to escape with a win, no matter how we played is a huge plus, plus, plus. I see us winning at least 3 games, maybe up to 5 of the remaining 7. that should put us atop the division and could mean home field, then its a brand new season and we will see what metal the team is made of. oh BTW I liked all the targets to Bowe, good to see him back in the mix.
