5 Quarterbacks have a career passer rating of > 95. Aaron Rodgers, Steve Young, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, and Tony Romo. And yes, I would take Romo over Flacco.

Statistically, Romo is on pace to have Marino type numbers. Very underrated.
