    Default 3rd down rate.

Last week was 20.0%. Thats just sad, we need to work on that.

Anyone think Haley was being just a bit conservative on the play calling?

I agree, thats why on first down we should go all out. Send 4 deep on the first play of the game and set the tone.

I'd like to see more play action on first down. I think the most frustrating part of watching the past 3 seasons is how predictable we were on offense.

Remember our last playoff game against the Colts? Everyone was expecting us to just run every down. What did Herm decide to do? Yep, run 1st, 2nd, and most 3rd downs for the entire game. Even with 8 in the box every play. Huard was having a career season too. So frustrating.

Trent started that game, not Huard, but yea, that would be. I am caught up with so many formations and other plays that I often leave stuff like that.

Some people think that you can run from the gun but I beg to differ. Therefor they could be able to P/A out of the gun.

we really need our o-line to step up this weekend, if cassel does play they need to give him some time to throw the rock.it will open the game up for lj to get some yardage.im from socal surrounded by raider and charger fans i hate them all with a passion and am tired of hearing their sh$t.kc has always been a playoff team until a few years ago. so o-line lets kick it in the *** and get this poor socal boy some sh$t to sling back at these suck *** raider fans!! p.s. hate the chargers even more

First the running game has to work before play action works.

I think LJ`s running is to conseritive. He runs in 2nd gear all the time. That is when he`s not running up the centers butt.
i can remember what a chief super bowl team looks like! ......

Not as much as you think. You line up in the Iform, run the ball, then when you pass do it out of a differnet formation. Keep running the ball from the iform, and then BOOM. Change it up. Your play action passing game sets up.
