Matt Cassel reported progress regarding his injured left knee, but the decision whether he will start at quarterback for the Chiefs on Sunday when they play the Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium will be made by coach Todd Haley. Haley, again, wouldn’t commit one way or the other.
