    Default Big Plays/Pass Attempts ???

where are they? Preseason when we fired Chan Gailey and let Hailey take over the offense, we showed some promise with the running game and some shots downfield with our quarterbacks...

ever since week 2 (when we put Cassel in..) it has been back to Herm ball...in the last two weeks, i dont think ive seen Matt Cassel TRY to throw the ball longer than 20 yards....

Against BAL, Brodie actually threw it around a little bit, especially second half....now with the "60 million dollar man", its back to bush league...

How do you expect to have a defense respect your running game, or passing game for that matter if you dont even fu#@ing TRY to throw it deep?

    So frustrating...

And that 50 yard play was not thrown 50 yards. The thing you have to consider is yards after the catch. I think that was more like a 25 yard pass that got a lot further after the catch.

Are you man enough? Eric Berry? Apparently Not!

I know the TG thing is frustrating for a lot of folks. And I will not lie, I look at his stat line every week, and it kind of hurts. However, I know we have a second round pick for him. It really all depends on what becomes of that pick. If that pick is a starter for say six years after being picked, then it will be a success. Unfortunately, it looks like the Falcons are going to be really good this year, and thus the pick will be lower than I would have liked. Do not forget, however, its still higher than what Peterson was going to get for him.

And no, I am not saying that player will be of TG's quality, but the player does not have to be. He just has to be someone that will be playing with the team when they are good. Odds are, TG is not going to be around anymore at that point. You also cannot overlook the fact that he was demanding a trade...

there is no reason but "shooting self in foot" syndrome for that one. the score of that game should have been 27-3. penalty after penalty and turnovers.. The Baltimore game gave me encouragement, some hope. The chokeland(that's working on a couple of levels here)game was a heartbreaker, this one, I did not get to see it, well this one just sucked. the little bit of replay I seen showed Page missing on a tackle for 6. Am I wrong? Baltimore is rising (the creme always does, like it or not- it cannot hurt that they have Al Saunders as a O- consultant ) and we played with them. Then we go lay an egg like this......frustrated I am!!
