    Haley wants to eliminate the minuses Chiefs coach Todd Haley continued this week emphasizing that the team cannot continue hurting itself with negative-yardage plays, such as sacks, penalties and losses.

    ALmost anything would be better than 2nd and 10,12 15 or 20.
    They really need to teach some basic OL play. With out a doubt our OL is bad. But they did make it to the NFL and have to have some skill. Most of the time Dl are responsibile for gaps. If he makes a move to the right, the OL uses technique and leverage and moves him fartrher right, same to the left. The hole (in our case creases) will not always be in exactly the gap designed but then it is up to the RB to hit those creases fast and hard. With our OL, waiting for the blocking to form just won't work, got to take what you can get fast.
    I know there are other things involved but with our offense we have to do the basics well, then add a few surprises and slight of hand and most of all pray a lot.

    the Minus plays on 1st down have killed drive after drive. this team will not win games untill they cut them out. Weather thats playcalling changeing or players preforming better. Hopefuly the bye week will help to cut them out.
