Place your bets on who will lead the Chiefs in recieving yards, in the 2007 season.

I stuck my $$ through green glasses.I.bet other threads for this Bear fest. I'm out of cash once again. Bad karma betting against the chiefs. Receiver? Give me two "o" line studs any day.

I like your Green glasses. I am a "Crowd Sportsbook" degenerate, and tend to give my "handicappers" opinion on a few bets that I think are good value bets. I have a lot of money out there right now...(waiting for Cleveland to clinch the AL Central so I can get flush again) I didn't see a lot of good value bets this week, although the best value last week was LJ for over 70 and Herminator screwed that up by limiting LJ's carries to 10. But alas, I did get good odds on my Huard bet for this weekend, and with Steady Eddie out, I liked this "season" bet on Bowe.

The 49ers own my heart, but the Chiefs will always hold a better than neutral spot for giving my favorite player a place to leave with grace...

Whats your take on Sippio? I wonder if he should be apart of the wager here.

For the time being, I think he still fits in the "the field" option. As the season progresses, if Sippio should emerge as a top-reciever, then I would be inclined to seperate him from that grouping. I would like to see that happen, too.

I don't think you can change him at this point...I assume most of the people betting "the field" were thinking Sippio. If you separate him you invalidate their rationale. However if he begins to become part of the discussion as the receving leader, then the odds on the field would be appropriately adjusted.

As of right now, no one has bet the field...if that remains the case then you could add him...but assuming anyone bets the field before you add Sippio, then I'd say you have to leave him in "the field".

chief31, its time to adjust the odds on this one...Bowe is a 4/1 dog on the board, but he has the lead...not saying the odds can't go back up...but when he's in the lead 1/3 of the way through the season shouldn't the odds reflect that...1/1 or 3/2 seems more appropriate at this point.

With Kennison out again DBowe should be our number 1 and Sippio be our number 2. With them 2 and Tony-G we would have a passing threat. we would have 2 physical recievers that will go make the play.
