Default Week 12 stat ranking snapshot. (After week 11)

I decided to do this since it seems to be the consensus that the Chiefs have turned a corner on the season. Hopefully that's the case. If we are in fact on the upswing, hopefully we'll see some improvement in these numbers over the rest of the season. I figured this might help gauge and confirm or deny the improvements that we hope to see over the next few weeks.

    After 10 games played.

Well, we've managed to put together a couple of back to back wins in the last two weeks defeating a top notch Steelers team Sunday, but I don't quite know if we've turned a corner just yet.

We'll see- this week is another huge test. But- I think one of the most important things the rest of this year is to make sure that we win the games we *should* win, like Cleveland.

Stats? Meh. We can improve those when we make some more offseason improvements.

These are the most telling numbers of the lot. So much revolves around the offensive line.

    Total offense: 30th (16.9 ppg)
    3rd down efficiency: 32nd

    Passing Offense: 26th 171 yds/g
    Passing TDs: 15th 14 TDs
    Sacks: 2nd worst (37)
    QB rating: 19th 81.3

    Rushing Offense: 25th 96.8 yds/g
    Rushing TDs: 32nd (let's count'em...) 1

    Offensive Line:
    Experience: 9th 344 games
Total rush avg: 30th 3.6 per attempt
    Sacks: 2nd worst (37)
    QB hits: 7th worst (67)

This really is pathetic, we have to improve in this area, and when we do, you should see the rest of the numbers on offense getting better.

Are you man enough? Eric Berry? Apparently Not!

The biggest improvements in the last two weeks have been in the Morale and Effort categories. Possibly the most important.

One of the big keys to the Pittsburgh win was our lack of penalties.
