Dantrell Savage is inactive for Kansas City's game against Buffalo, leaving the Chiefs thin at running back for the second straight week. Savage missed the past three games with an ankle injury and Kolby Smith went out with an ankle injury two weeks ago, leaving fullback Tim Castille and rookie Javarris Williams to back up Jamaal Charles on Sunday.
