I think that They will hire an OC. I dont no who it will be . as for Defense I am undecided if they should go get anther DC. We will just have to see.

I think they will hire an OC also. If for no other reason than pressure from fans requesting such.
The Chiefs are a for profit organization, and they're losing money with a losing team. The stadium isn't selling out for the first time in years, and sales are down with merchandising also, of which the Chiefs and NFL both collect royalities.
They will focus next season on making changes to some extent, that will bring back the fans...and more fans than not are speaking out that we need an OC.

I am sure that Pioli has already decide that if Todd does not hire one, he will. There is just no valid reason to not have position coaches and coordinators in the NFL. This not Junior High School! High School football these days have a offense and defense coach.
