    Question Sprint

Who here uses them for their cell service and do you like them?

I have sprint, and I really like them. Get a Power vision phone and you get NFL Network on your phone!!!

If you have specific questions about phones/service features let me know. I've used Sprint and Cingular (one for personal one for work) for the last 6 years.

I travel a lot and find that Sprint has better coverage in most areas.

Looking at the Sprint SERO plan.

Looks too good to be true though. But I can't find the catch/loophole.

All the customer service gripes about Sprint concern me too.

ON the NFL NEtwork thing, don't you have to pay extra for that?

I actually work for a company that is in partnership with Sprint to offer Wireless service to our Cable customers. I know everything there is to know about Sprint since I am the one that trains all the new hires for the Wireless Department. If you have any questions let me know. I have been in the Wireless service for over 10 years.

Ok, whats with all the customer service gripes? I keep hearing about 2 hour holds and JD Power even gives the sprint CS poor marks.

I have also noticed a lot of people having to have their initial orders fixed after signing up and then getting put in the wrong plan.

It's because most of the people that work at Sprint call centers are boneheads. Go into the stores and get the phone set up and have the rep give you a print out of what you have plan wise. I do not work for Sprint directly and have to deal with the lack of Customer service all the time myself. The actual coverage is great and the phones are on par with being the best. I say manage your accoutn online yourself so you know things are correct.

As for the NFL Network and Sprint TV (includes a number of other channels that I don't waste my time with)....not I don't pay extra. The Power Vision Pack (includes Sprint TV) is a feature I would get anyhow as it includes my unlimited data (internet and text messaging)...

There are channels like ESPN that are extra, but I don't need, want or choose to pay for those. I have like 40 channels...my wife has the same phone and likes Fox News and E! channel...what a waste of cell phone battery...kill yer battery with something that matters (I managed to hijack my own message)

Anyhow, sounds like Sling can answer your questions on a technical level, if you have any on the user level let me know.
