Young's stock has really dropped this year. He won't be drafted before the 4th round. If I were to draft and OT, it would be Cerimi, OT, WI. Anchors the left side of WI OL. A good pass blocker, and a beast while run blocking. Put him at RT and he would be a monster. If he comes out he'll go in the 2nd or 3rd rd.

We might be paying Albert first round money, but we are not paying him left tackle money. his contract is more than reasonable to shift him anywhere on the line.

They didn't make him a left tackle until after he signed. He didn't get a huge payday, and in my opinion, you can't overspend on a great offensive line.

And you want a right tackle in free agency? Vernon Carey, right tackle for the dolphins, got a 6 year, 42 million dollar salary. That is AFTER they made Jake Long the #1 overall pick.

Jordan Gross got a huge contract last year. Free agent right tackles are expensive too.

look at Branden Albert's salary. He got a6.375 million signing bonus.

    Albert, Branden

If those are your priorities, I'd go with a lineman in the draft and look for LBs in free agency/middle rounds. You just don't get stud linemen in free agency, and if they are super talented, they're usually over the hill.

    Thanks Aussie!

Well my thinking is if we get a safety with the 1st pick he could help cut down the big plays against us wether it be a pass or run.

Trading down a few spots would be the ideal situation.

    But I wouldn't mind:
    Russel Okung
    Rolando McClain
    or Eric Berry
