Default Wilfork would make a huge difference

If a few things fall into place, we could be in a position where Wilfork could put us over the top. Wishful thinking, but not impossible.

If we somehow acquired Wilfork, this offseason would be a success to me regardless of any other moves.

IMO the Pats traded Seymour were they would have the cap space to sign Wilfork. On the other hand, I look for the Steelers not to resign Hampton.

anybody besides Ron Edwards please...a crucial part of the 3-4 defense and we have one that gets blown up by single blockers...Mt. Cody seems to be dropping into the second round in most mocks, he could be an option.

I have Cody mocked to us with our 2nd pick. His stock could drop even more in the combine since his strength doesn't match his size, so his bench press numbers probably won't impress anyone.

I think that the Pats will do all that they can to keep him. They are not stupid. They no that hes a good player they will want to keep him long term.

remember the pats drafted a DT last year. I think it depends how they feel about their rookie they drafted.
