Default Do any of you lift weights?

    Okay...here's the deal:

Someone gave me a set of 20 lb weights...10 lbs each I think. They're enclosed in a fabric pouch which the weighted segments can be removed to lighten the total weight if need be, it folds into a tubular shape for lifting.

What I'm trying to accomplish is toning my upper arms before the Kid Rock cruise the end of April. I've never worked with weights, and don't have a clue what I'm suppose to do, hahaha. Do I just lift them up & down in the air vertically?

Anyone know how best to use them to accomplish toning my upper arms? I'm lost.

Curls for the biceps (front of the arm) and extensions for the triceps (back of the arm).

I leg press about 320lbs every time I get out of bed or a sitting position. Does that count?
