    Default Mock Drafts

I didn't see a thread for everyone to post their mock drafts, but I wanted to share mine (I'll revise when compensatory picks come out, if necessary, but I don't see us getting much there):

Round 1/Pick 5: We trade this pick to the Buffalo Bills for Buffalo's 2010 1st (9), 3rd (72), and 6th round picks, and Buffalo's 2011 3rd round pick. Buffalo selects Jimmy Clausen.

Round 1/Pick 9: Dan Williams (NT)

Round 2/Pick 36: Vladamir Ducasse (RT)

    Round 2/Pick 50 (Falcons): Mardy Gilyard (WR/KR)

    Round 3/Pick 68: Chad Jones (S)

Round 3/Pick 72 (Buffalo): Doren Dickerson (TE)

    Round 4/Pick ??: Kevin Basped (OLB/DE)

Round 5/Pick ??: Jamar Cheney (ILB)

    Round 5/Pick ?? (Miami): Rahim Alem (OLB/DE)

    Round 5/Pick ?? (Carolina): Ted Larsen (C)

Round 6/Pick ?? (Buffalo): Myron Rolle (SS)

    Anyone agree? Disagree?

Myron WILL NOT be there in the 6th round....I know the Bills GM is old but he should be committed if he makes that trade...Clausen doesn't have the arm strength to survive in Orchard Park...Decent mock except switch Gilyard w/ Damian Williams and you're GTG

I thought about Williams, but I think the Chiefs are looking to upgrade their KR/PR positions in one fell swoop, and Gilyard is the best Kr/PR in the draft (IMHO).

You really think Rolle will be gone by the 6th? Every mock I've seen has him as a 6th/7th rounder.

Buffalo is hemmorhaging money and fans. I think they need to take a QBOTF to re-excite interest, and Clausen is the only QB who can sell tickets (Bradford will obviously be gone). Is it the smartest move? No. Neither is taking Tebow, but the Jags will do it to sell tickets.

Hey, I could be wrong. But that's how I see it.

Devent mock. But I'd seriously doubt that we get that much trade compensation just to move up 4 spots.

My guess is that if it happens, we swap spots and get their 3rd and that will be it. And I'd be perfectly happy with that.

I think and hope that they will take Eric Berry at #5 if he is available which I think he will.

Not that I'm against drafting Berry, but I just don't see Pioli doing it. Safety is a very injury prone position and pretty far from the most important one, plus the fact that we'd be paying $10M+ a year. Realistically, I think our three options are NT, LT, or trade down. If I were putting money on it, I'd bet we trade down.

I'm going to assume that you aren't trading down so WHY WOULD YOU TAKE EARL THOMAS over ERIC BERRY?? Just wondering

For some reason i think that Earl Thomas is going to be a better pro prospect than Eric Berry. Just a wild hunch.
But if we draft Berry i would be just as happy, just as long as we dont take a NT!!!!
