    Default Question for Chiefs Fans

Too many times, the media always focuses on the big names of any franchise, and there are many players that have played that were Pretty Damn Good in their own right.. So the question is:

Who is a former Chiefs player that you want fans of other teams to know about?

I plan to do a show called "The Hall of Very Good" which will include a team by team pick of "Who You Should Know About"

Any linebacker for the SuperBowl team.

Otis Taylor; Mike Livingston; Bill Maas; Tony Richardson

There are more, but I'll stop with the above who come to mind first, haha. :)

    Dan Saleaumua. John Alt.

Not old enough to have known guys from the early years. But these would be two of my top picks for this.

Both would have been easily recognized names if the positions that they played were highly recognized.

Dan being a DT and John an OT. Far from being considered the "glam" positions in the league, especially at the time that they played. ('90's)

I always loved James Hasty. He's someone that many outside of Kansas City don't know a lot about or have forgotten about. He was overshadowed by Derrick Thomas, Neil Smith, and Dale Carter,. But as you said, "was pretty damn good in their own right"
