Rookies get too much $. Goodell acknowledges this.

I'm glad goodell sees this becuz this is rediculous.

I'd say as a rookie, if you are expected to be that much value. Then do a reasonable contract. Or if you want that much $. Then get paid off of incentives.

The only great thing i've seen come out of this is seeing Al Davis pay JR $60 million.

Yes, they definitely need to address this. I agree, incentives seem like the best way to make sure this happens.
