    Default P90x

Hey gang, my wife and I are starting the P90X workout tomorrow, and I was wondering if anyone here has done it, and what their results have been.

My step brother has done two rounds, and now he has only 6% body fat, and looks like he came straight from the movie 300.

    Well, wish me luck....

I did P90X at the beginning of this year, and here are my results:

Ok not really. I've never done it, but know people that have and they love it. Good luck, and whatever you do, keep at it.

Thats a common misconception that i too used to have. 4 years ago i weighed 285 lbs and said that kind of stuff all the time, flash forward to today, where i exercise and eat better and i weigh 195.

Lol, no one is actually big boned. And metabolisms can in fact be sped up through exercising and reducing carbs.

Why don't you post some pics?
The only reason a beer sweats around Canada is because he's decided it will be the next beer he drinks.

No seriously, I don't look any different 25 lbs ago. I just lost 15 this year and no one has noticed.

Its just the way I am. Its because of my shortness.
