How can you expect someone to either thing? No protection, sacked. Bad routes by the receivers not getting open. The longer the reicvers stay covered the long Cassel is going to need protection. I see Peyton Manning stand in the pocket for longer than that...he has protection. I realize he is no Manning and we don't have an OLINE but this is what we should have address through free agency more...It seemes we were addressing defense more through the draft this year.

Weren't you saying all offseason that we fixed the OL with Lilja, Wiegmann, and Asamoah?

Anyway, Cassel may have to throw it away at three seconds. I don't like it any more than you, but it's the way it is.

Yes, I said it would help. I didn't say it was a 100% fix the problem...it looks more like a lack of effort than a lack of talent.
