Kansas City rookie linebacker Cameron Sheffield was injured while making a tackle Friday night against Philadelphia and was carted off the field after being immobilized. The Chiefs said he had a neck injury and was still being evaluated. Trainers and coaches tended to Sheffield for several minutes before securing his body and lifting it onto a cart.
